| Kelley, William - 1870 US Federal Census William Kelley, age 52, was living in Oneida, IA, and working as a farmer. Family included wife Bridget (40) and children Christopher (14), Walter (12), Joseph (9), Thomas (7), Anna (5), and Alicia (1).
This census is the only record I could find of Thomas Kelley; he was not included in the excellent family history published by Carol Miller Colgan, which raises the possibility that he might not have been a child of William and Bridget Kelley but rather a displaced relative staying with the Kelley family temporarily. |
